We are a registered exporter with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council, RE No. 0041447, valid until December 2027. We specialise in the export, import, and supply of Nigerian agricultural commodities and food products.

3. Use of This Site

This website serves as a product catalogue and enquiry platform. You may browse products, view pricing, and submit order enquiries. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, transmit any harmful or disruptive content, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

4. Orders and Enquiries

Submitting an order or enquiry through this website does not constitute a binding contract. All orders are subject to confirmation by Astral Trade Solutions Limited via WhatsApp or other direct communication.

A contract is formed only when we have confirmed the availability of the products, agreed on the total price including shipping, and confirmed receipt of payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All order confirmations, payment arrangements and fulfilment coordination are handled directly between Astral Trade Solutions Limited and the buyer via WhatsApp. By submitting your contact details, you consent to being contacted on WhatsApp for this purpose.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Prices are indicative and subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in commodity prices.

Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be quoted separately after your order is placed. The shipping cost will be communicated to you via WhatsApp before any payment is requested.

International buyers requiring a quote in a currency other than NGN should contact us directly. Exchange rates applied are those prevailing at the time of invoice.

6. Fulfilment and Delivery

Orders are dispatched after payment has been confirmed. Domestic orders within Nigeria are typically ready for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days of payment confirmation. International shipment timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

We will provide all relevant shipping documentation including commercial invoice, packing list and phytosanitary certificate where required. Additional export documents can be arranged on request.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images on this site are accurate. However, natural agricultural commodities may vary in appearance, moisture content, colour, and other characteristics from batch to batch.

If you require specific grades, certifications, or quality parameters, please state these clearly when placing your enquiry so we can confirm availability before proceeding.
